Adrianna Bayles serves as a Civil Rights Specialist in the Office of Civil Rights Compliance at Mississippi State University (MSU). In this role, she manages civil rights investigations related to alleged misconduct, including violations of sex, race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, and other statuses protected under MSU policies, as well as applicable federal and state laws. Additionally, Adrianna contributes to the development of training materials and provides education to MSU students, faculty, and staff on civil rights issues.
Adrianna brings to MSU a diverse background in employment law, civil rights investigations, compliance, and general litigation. Her experience spans private law firms, nonprofit organizations, and federal agencies.
She earned her Juris Doctor from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law. Adrianna also holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida A&M University.
In her spare time, Adrianna enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending hot yoga, traveling, and volunteering with the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute and the Alabama Volunteer Lawyers Program.
